- Drove process optimization for next-gen Mac products by translating ambitious designs into scalable, high-yield manufacturing. Most recently optimized key components on the 2026 Macbook Neo.
- Supported on-site factory operations in China and Taiwan for all assigned products, ensuring mass production readiness and directly resolving critical technical blockers in real time during ramp.
- Utilized alternative manufacturing methods such as Metal Injection Molding (MIM), researched and applied utility-specific adhesive solutions including HAF, PSA, UVAF, and welding techniques.
- Implemented cosmetic process improvements by refining CNC strategies to reduce enclosure defects and applying darkening treatments to components (anodization, PVD, ED coating, etc.).

- Engineered an ultrasonic welding development stand for Starlink V1.5 solar arrays, enabling low-volume builds and testing of new tooling, procedures, and weld recipes—without disrupting the main manufacturing line.
- Created detailed drawings for documentation and outsourced manufacturing for the 30+ unique parts I created in NX using the principles of GD&T. All in-house development was done myself in a machine shop.
- Liaised between the solar & automation teams as well as the in-house and external manufacturers and vendors to expedite production. I acted as the direct point of contact for all partners and suppliers.

- Responsible for designing and manufacturing the fuel tank prototype using Siemens NX, Nastran, hand calculations, and cooperating with the manufacturing team, welders, and external tooling suppliers.
- Formed aerospace-grade titanium and aluminum sheets with tools and dies I designed and built in-house.
- Executed and presented a demonstration burst test of the prototype fuel tank to verify procedures and FEA.
